Roman Wagner advises and represents clients in civil contract law, commercial tenancy law, family and inheritance law, labour law, licensing, franchise and advertising law. In particular, Mr. Wagner advises his clients on the drafting of franchise agreements. Mr. Wagner also enforces civil law claims for his clients in and out of court.
