The new CSA directive for legitimate email marketing is here!

The now seventh version is limited to a purely digital version for the first time.

After almost 20 years of successful existence of the Certified Senders Alliance (CSA), the new directive is published, which we as a law firm for data protection law have contributed to.

The CSA criteria are now based on European requirements and also cover internationally applicable law in email marketing. Compliance with the legal CSA criteria protects senders from the consequences of unlawful sending and at the same time protects end users from spam.
